FAQ (Frequently Asked Questions)

Q. How do I buy from your store?
A. Select your desired product, select the desired quantity at the bottom of the product content list and then click “add to basket”. Singles from albums: Open desired album containing single and choose your track by selecting it (buy single) then “add to basket”

Q. How do I finalize the purchase and payment?
A. Click “Cart” or “shopping trolley” showing top right corner of website page, verify your selection then select “Proceed to checkout”. Complete your personal information on the checkout page, read and accept the terms & conditions then place order.
OR

hover the mouse pointer over the basket / cart / trolley then select “update cart” to verify your selection, if sure of selection, select “Checkout”
If returning customer, simply click on the login link and login to proceed.

Q. Which methods of payment do you accept?
A. We accept credit, cheque and debit cards. Use Instant EFT (Provided by PayFast) and clear your internet banking payment immediately from these banks: Absa, FNB, Nedbank and Standard Bank, Capitec and most RSA banks with either the MasterCard or Visa branding. We also accept Bitcoin payments.

Q. My question is not listed in the FAQs, what can I do?
A. Complete the contact form to inform us of your requirement. Find us on social media for easier access.

Q. I see your payment system is provided by 3rd party company, is it safe?
A. We chose this option to ensure we have the best when it comes to payment gateways and information security. Click here to see PayFast’s Security & Fraud Prevention policy.
Q. Do you support PayPal?

A. Yes, PayPal payments are accepted. Simply switch from PayFast to PayPal on the “Checkout” page by selecting the radio button next to “PayPal”.
